How did you find the board?: Googled domestic discipline and one thing lead to another and poof.
Hey everyone it has been about a year since I've posted and I noticed there are a lot of new names around here so I thought I would reintroduce myself.

Sorry I disappeared for a while. It has been a wild and crazy year. We have been a roller coaster ride though not much has changed.

Guess I'll see you all on the forum. :yeahthat:

that pretty much sums things up for me, too, although for us a lot has changed without anything changing (does that make any sense? it feels true, at least right now.)

NBN- welcome back!!

You may find that there are a LOT of changes around here. I'm still processing some of them! A bunch of us have changed our names for various reasons- I used to be "reluctant top" but I'm less so now, etc etc... that doesn't imply that it's smooth sailing- we continue to struggle, redefine, rework, etc figuring out what ttwd means to us.

We've strengthened feelings of family and support- you're like a cousin we have been missing but was away on sabbatical somewhere interesting and challenging! - and will often take care of each other and go the extra mile, knowing that at some point, roles will reverse and you'll be the one in need...

I'm so glad you're back. I, as always, am attempting to be more involved and take more time and thoughtfulness on posting and responding. I know my posts are often short and lacking emotional depth, and am working on that, hence this! :hmmmmm:

Let's all renew our commitment to taking care of each other. I love us. :luvya:

Thanks for the warm welcome back.

Life has been absolutely crazy. There have been all kinds of things going on. We have revamped TTWD a couple of times in the last year because of situations. The most recent was because my hubby went over the road as a truck driver and I only see him once every 1 to 2 weeks.

It gets a little lonely around here just the kids and me, but hubby makes it all better when he comes home. :rubhands:
